Called and got a quote. Made an appointment for 4pm. They no showed. And wouldn't answer the phone. Very disappointed.

Found these guys on Craigslist, searching for the best price out there for my daughter's car. Their prices were OK, plus they have the mobile service, thought this would be convinient since my daughter has 2 small children. Called about 9 am, they were not available between 2- 3 pm and did not show up until 2:55 pm that does not count for punctuality in my book. They did not vacuumed the seat or inside of door panel. Had to called them again and waited a whole day for they to show up!!!! and did not come until next day. Also, noticed a small bump on bottom side of door done from inside out (where the speaker goes) and of course when we mentioned it to them, they did not take ANY responsibility for the damage. Things happen I understand I'm also in the customer service industry, but it would have been nice for them to take responsibility and at least apologize for not doing the job right the first time, how it should be. They need to be more carefull removing the covers to the screws, I have small scratches on some parts!!! I am not saying they were bad, but its up to you wether you want to go with these guys or not. It was bad enough to had had our car broken into, to have to deal with this kind of stuff!!!!

J&M Auto helped replace my windshield. Great service and very fast as well. Recommend to anyone that needs remote service.
