Capital One ATM

Ms. Shauntae, I highly recommend you take a better approach when conducting business with customers. Your attitude is very off-putting and rude. I have three accounts with Capital One. I am now considering moving my funds to another bank. I hope corporate sees this review and offers you further training.

They added a ATM where we can deposit cash /checks. But most of the time when I go up there, it's always "deposits are unavailable"

Don't bank here. No locations get a real Bank that has locations and customer service. I drove up here to cash a check that I was giving I was asked for ID I gave it to her. She told me theey would be charging me $7 their own check. Then the cashier got on the phone and it was talking away ignoring me as I'm standing at the window. She tried to run it through supposedly a couple times and said that I need to supply a second form of ID. Wouldn't you think if you needed two forms an idea they would have asked for it in the first place. Not to mention my Texas state ID I had to show my social security card or birth certificate. Which they would accept as a second form of an ID doesn't seem to make sense. Anyways I politely tore up the check and said here could you throw this away for me. This Bank doesn't honor their own checks find a reputable business. I am out for total of 90 dollar's but hey why not.
