Avoid this place at any cost. Terrible management. The owner should hire a new property manager.

When i first moved in 2 years ago, we had a little bit of mishaps BUT i can say the maintenance team and office staff are terrific! The community is nice and quiet. I did have quiet neighbors but recently a family moved above me and are noisy all day. Unfortunately me and my baby are outgrowing our home and i hate to leave the MacArthur community! I will surely miss it when my lease is up! Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

I literal washed this 2 times. This has been happening since past 2 months and the maintenance manager is suggesting us to change detergent (smh -LOL). The washing machine doesn't wash the clothes properly, we washed as maintenance suggested but still having same issue. Maintenance people do not have control until thier manager does approve some changes. But manager doesn't wanna do anything. I have my mother moved here just because of Good maintenance, but in her apartment all door locks are messed up, heater doesn't heat up, filter is bad. Please take these reviews seriously and in consideration before moving here. Karla, office assistant manager is AMAZING person but still will not suggest this place.

I do not have an option to give 0 stars hence giving 1 star. Macarthur ridge is bad news and its a long long list of bad experiences. >The whole community is roach infested, the hallways are always dirty, the pool is not cleaned properly during summer, forget about winter. The management is extremely rude. The management will not bother about fixing issues in the unit. They increased the rent heftily and did everything possible to loot us after move out. The maintenance guys are quick but they only provide stop gap solution. >The bathtub started peeling from day 1. When we reached out to the management, they said we have to stay out of the apartment for 48 hours for them to fix the issue and we have to make our own arrangements. They would not take responsibility of any stolen objects or any damage during 48 hours. We did not agree to this clause due to security concern and requested them to fix the issue in our presence or provide an alternate accommodation for those 48 hours and they never fixed the issue.Attached the picture of the ugly bathtub we had to deal with. >They increased the rent 18% after 12 months during renewal , we tried requesting and negotiating on the rent increase, but they didnt care and after 12 months of unpleasant stay, I decided to move out. >They charged us for carpet cleaning, whereas we left no stains on carpet and we gave them photo proof . We left the apartment spotlessly cleaned and hired professional cleaners to clean the apartment before moving out. They refused to remove the charges even after showing the pictures and looted us for regular carpet cleaning which should be part of regular procedures before renting out any apartment. >The management is the worst I have seen in Irving. I cannot judge who is more rude , the manager or the assistant manager. Karla , the assistant manager is extremely rude, never lets you finish your sentence, always rolls her eyes when you reach for any queries. Jose, the manager is no less and refuse to address any concern. >Each and every apartment of this community is roach infested. During summer, you would find big cockroaches roaming around the hallways as well. I requested for pest control every 15 days and the pest control guy told me he had request from 30 units on the same day. Please dont fall for their low rent prices and run for your life. Other apartments in valley ranch offer similar rent and a much better service.Update : We left the apartment spotlessly clean and they would blatantly respond that there was carpet damage without any proof. We have photo proving there was no damage on the carpet and shared with Jose, which he clearly ignored .

The rental agency may be giving training to their employees to be rude to the residents , I have never seen so many rude people under one roof . Each and every apartment of this community is roach infested. During summer, you would find big cockroaches roaming around the hallways as well.
