I am a resident of Block 334 for less than one month. My experience does not meet the price point associated with the property. Leasing team did offer a solution on my arrival day, due to flight cancellations. Team made process of getting keys simple. However, the main elevator located steps from unit has been out, with no signs of repair. The freight elevator entry way that residents are left no choice to use opposed to stairs has a stench of fabuloso and urine. I have asked on three separate occasions for a valet trash can, front desk and a maintenance worker which neither interaction presented resolve. There is dog feces in the stairwell. The door handle from the outside access point to stairway A has been forced off, hanging by one screw.
I have not been able to use the resident garage entry due to a programming malfunction on the properties end. This has left me with the only option of opening my car door, entering a guest code and pulling in. The allergens (dust, possibly chemicals, and mold in shower) have caused me to have to take a steroid for my severe allergy attacks caused by being in the unit. The cabinets when cleaned, leave behind a brown stain. The very first time I used the shower, I was met with standing water due to an unaddressed drainage clog.
Ultimately, the price point when measured against Texas price point and my experience are not complimentary. In addition to my health being affected within my unit, there seems to be very little resolve for the tenants.

After waiting several long weeks & days Edgar the maintenance man came & repaired everything that was on the list. He did a superb job. I know it wasnt his fault it took so long it was the breakdown of communication that starts with the leasing office first & foremost. Kudos Edgar you did an outstanding job. This rating is for Edgar 5 stars!!!

I live at Jada Legacy in Plano, my A/C and thermostat stopped working/running on 4/28 and it took them 3 days and me nonstop calling for them to come by and look at it. After eventually looking at it and saying we dont know they gave me a portable unit and never came back. After a week, I had to call to find out they ordered parts. They still have not been back as of 5/10 and I have yet to get an update.
