        We were having a hard time looking for places, but 3800 on Portlands were the first ones who were very welcoming and communicative. We've been here for a while now and everything's been great! The staff is super friendly and they're very quick to respond if we have any issues. Maintenance is also very quick and they do a great job at getting things fixed.

        "This apartment's maintenance is a disaster. It's like they hired handy(less)men who specialize in ignoring requests. If you enjoy living with persistent leaks, malfunctioning appliances, and an ambiance of neglect, then congratulations, you've found your dream home. The only thing that gets fixed promptly here is your enthusiasm for living in this maintenance nightmare.They take forever to fix anything, and it feels like they don't really care. Leaks, broken stuff you name it, they won't be in a rush to fix it. Living here is like waiting for a handyman who never shows up."
