Luis installed a new mini split system into our 40 year old manufactured home! (4) interior head units total. Pricing: Very reasonable, especially if you dont want to DIY but youre initial budget is based off a DIY unit from online. Quotes: We received an estimate via phone same day. Before moving forward with Luis, we asked him to visit the house to provide his recommendation on a mini split system, layout, and a final quote, and he did it all same day. Communication: Excellent! Received updates on when he would receive the ordered system, his installation scheduling/availability, his arrival time to our property, and verbal updates on his progress on site. Hard Working: Luis even went under the house, which was a very tight crawl space, with a mobile home underbelly that is far from being tidy and well kept. He also removed our old central AC unit for us. Nothing was required from us to prepare for his installation. We noticed he was being referred by others in the Madisonville Facebook Group for AC services, thats how we found this contact, and after working with him directly, we would also highly recommend Luis!

7/3 0 STARS. Started out good but has not ended well. Last text I received was on 6/28. Texted, called, left messages, and no response. Looking for a more dependable company. 6/25 AC went out today (Sunday 6/25) so I called Aire LogiQ and spoke to a young man named Luis. He diagnosed the problem and is working to get it repaired. Very professional and quick to find the problem.
