Mobile RV Repair

Our convection microwave died in our 2017 Newmar bus and we needed it to be replaced. Turned out the same model was not available any more. Venessa was so helpful and attentive to our situation. We worked together to find an alternative model and she ordered it. While the new microwave was on back order, Venessa did a great job working with supplier to get it here as quickly as possible. We really appreciated Venessa, her positive attitude, attention to detail, and great (ongoing) communication. The repair technicians that came out were great too. So happy to have found these guys and will call them again for whatever happens next.

Called this Mobile RV Repair place and told them we were having A/C problems freezing up etc. and needed someone to come out and possibly clean the coils etc. and see what's wrong. They gave me a time for their guy to come out and at last minute changed and sent out an independent contractor instead. He came inside our trailer and taped up some duct work and said everything was now fine and when asked about checking out unit on top of trailer he said he didn't need to as what he did should cure our problem. Well that evening the same freezing/icing up problem happened all over again. Since we live out of town guess we're out of luck until we return to the Kerrville/Ingram area. Very disappointing to pay a minimum service call plus labor and to not get the results we wanted or needed. Service: Air conditioning
