        Mary Ann was so great to buy my chickens from! Im brand new (Ive done tons of research but its my first year actually owning chickens) and she taught me so much just in the hour we spent together. I bought 7 pullets from her and they all seem healthy and happy!

        I originally just left a 1 star review with no written review because I saw how the owner treated negative reviews. But now I see that 2 years later they are comment spamming all the negative reviews so I feel compelled to write about why I gave a negative review. I bought two pullets from Blue Star and within a few days of having them they started sneezing. Luckily, I had them in quarantine prior to introducing them to my other chickens because after a two weeks they both died. (Always keep new chickens away from your flock at first.) I even took them to the vet and there was nothing to be done. Read the other negative reviews and the comments on them to see the type of person you are buying from.

        Blue star ranch is absolutely amazing. Mary-Ann and her granddaughter, Lucy helped us pick out the most perfect chickens. Her chickens and roosters are very well cared for and I wont go anywhere else for our animals. We look forward to coming back in the future!

        I have used many online chicken services over the last 5 years. I found Blue Star Ranch over 1 year ago and will never use another company that ships chickens to me again. I get to go to an actual farm and hand pick my chickens now! The last time I went there in September 2023 and picked up 11 chickens. I also purchased the replacement option. I ended up losing some chickens due to my own fault and this last weekend Blue Star Ranch honored the replacement option and replaced my chickens. This is something you will never get from an online supplier. I live in Katy and have used Blue Star Ranch 3 times over the last 2 years. I used to buy my chickens online and after using Blue Star I will never use anyone else again! Thank you for being a close affordable and trustworthy option for chickens in my area! I will definitely come back!

      Oh, one more thing.....and here is a list of all chicken companies that are my competetors here in Texas that will give you FREE chickens or a cash refund upon request: #1st - Company ??? none!#2nd - Company ??? none!#3rd - Company ??? none!Actually, chickens are living animals and no poultry companies will give you FREE replacement chickens- Just so you know! Blue Star Ranch Chickens DOES offer chicken replacement insurance in writing if you join our club plan and pay for it!
