Certified Auto Hail Repair

During the Austin hailstorm, both my cars were dented really bad. Had struggled to find a shop whom we can trust and fix the car. Rita and Sam were amazing from the time we met. They set the right expectations and returned the car with the highest quality. Both of our vehicles were damaged in a hail storm last spring, so they needed some repair work done on the roofs and sides. Rita and Sam not only repaired the hail damage, they handled everything with our insurance, kept us updated on the progress, loaned us rentals and did an amazing job on the detailing. Both cars came back as close to new as possible and we are extremely happy with the end results. Besides being efficient, they were also really quick. Each car only took about a week to repair. I dont normally respond to things left on my car but something about this brochure made me reconsider. I had been procrastinating getting my dents fixed after the hail storm in March. Rita came out to my house to look at the car, we made a plan and she took care of everything. She called the car insurance company with me and also provided a free loaner. My car came back in amazing condition. They even detailed the inside and outside! The service was way above and beyond. I recommend hiring these guys. Sam and Rita did an amazing job on my new car! After the hail storm, it suffered damages that had amounted to about $5k in repairs. However, they had done a spectacular job in completely repairing the hail damage, alongside a bit more detailing on the inside and outside! Their service amazing and very professional, I was also very grateful for the constant updates on my car as I waited.

Rita and Sam are delightful, trustworthy people. They did what they said they would do for our 6 year old mazda. Sam went beyond just repairing hail damage, he also worked so hard to bring back the beautiful shine to our oxidized, sunburnt paint. Even took the cloudiness out of our headlights. You can't find this kind of integrity these days. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honesty, and authentic care and love in what they do. Service: Painting
