image I'm writing in specifically regarding my experience with the labs department that's located within the Radiology Center (as it doesn't have it's own page). I needed to bring in my 3 year old (who's on the autism spectrum) for bloodwork recently and was quite apprehensive *as one can imagine. Major shoutout to Brandi who did the most AMAZING job and easing both mine and my sons anxieties. She was patient, spoke softly and sweetly to him and was able to insert the needle on her first attempt without making him feel panicked. Best blood draw experience I've ever had. Thanks, Brandi. We truly appreciate you!

image I took my daughter here for a 2-view spine x-ray to check for scoliosis. They dont give you an estimate beforehand telling you the cost. Since they are considered part of an urgent care, the cost goes towards your deductible, not the standard co-pay for imaging. It cost $600 for a 2-view x-ray that would have cost $50 at an outpatient imaging center. Also, the x-rats were garbage. She was positioned incorrectly which made her look like she had 3 points if scoliosis. When we went to the orthopedic surgeon, they repeated the x-rays correctly and she doesnt have scoliosis at all. So, we were out $600 for x-rats that were useless and had to be repeated. Wont be going here again.

image I came here with my Daughter and I feel that the lady in the front desk was not very nice to us in matter of fact she was very rude to us and when some patients came after us and also the lady in front Desk they let other people go even though we were first and let other people in , terrible

image Had such a great experience here. The lady at the front desk (I wish I got names) was so nice and just had great customer service. We had an ultrasound for our 7 month old and the ultrasound tech was also very sweet and great with our baby. The whole process at this location was seamless. Thank you!
