Used to be trustworthy. Came in a few weeks ago for an inspection. They immediately tried to upsell me, saying my brakes were at 5%. I thought that was weird as I had just put on some long life pads about 2 years ago. I may drive 13,000 miles a year at most. Finally, I got to a point to check, and sure enough, all pads had a considerable amount of meat left on them. Easily beyond 50% and clearly not "5%". That's OK. It was only a service with recommended add-ons totaling around $500 before tax. It's not like people are having to take out installment plans for groceries already or something.
