RideNow Powersports in Hurst is AWESOME! From the moment I went in about and month ago to check out some bikes I was greeted in a friendly manner and I decided to go back today for another look and next thing I know Im buying my first bike! Ben & Shane are Excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and very patient. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend going to say whats up and check the place out. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be back in the future for the next bike. They made everything easy and even got me a great deal on insurance. Great experience from walking in the door to leaving. Thanks Gentlemen for everything you do! Now time to get in the road and live.

Extra star goes to finance guy. Everything else if I wasnt lazy to drive to next store I wouldnt be buying here. After signed paperwork long wait for delivery. No reason. Last time I am even coming here.

I reached out about an out of state bike purchase and the salesman dragged on and on until he finally disappeared. SO I reached out to General Manager Ryan to see if he could help me make the deal. He put me in touch with Sales Manager Alex who put the deal together. A simple deal with no haggling. Arranged delivery and things were ok. Received bike with a check engine light and a bad fuel level sensor. Even though they waived the $750 fee to 'service' the bike...it had issues. I Received bike but didnt receive a Bill of Sale which I needed to title the bike. It took 9 days to get an email copy of Bill of Sale. During this 9 day waiting period, The title went missing. My bad.....I reached out to Ridenow for some help. I was advised to send paperwork to Texas DMV who, after two weeks, rejected my request for replacing a lost title...bad advice from Ridenow. I reached out again to Gen Manager Ryan who said he would have Amber contact me to try and help me out. When I didnt hear the next morning, as told, I called and Amber was indeed in but didnt call me back. Called a again in afternoon but she was already gone. Day two, no call, no response. I emailed Alex and Ryan and said that I was a bit frustrated as they definately could have helped me out. Yeah, my fault losing the title but they completely cut me loose with no more email replies. I am now working to get a bonded title which is huge hassle and is not a sure deal. Local dealer explained that Ridenow could have easily helped me out as a dealership to obtaion a replacement title. I also have a bike torn apart still waiting on parts for several weeks. Too bad because I hate writing these negative reviews. However, cutting me loose like this with no more communication is rotten.

I contacted ridenow online, and was reached out by Makayla! She is awesome, answered all my questions, and if she didn't have an answer for me she would get back to me promptly. When I arrived at the location I met with internal sales team, they were professional and helpful. It was all a smooth process
