I worked with mark, I can say a very well educated man in this industry! Side by side for a whole year. Very great professional. When it's time to work he took off his coat and got to work. Great attorney, thanks to this young brother I have my daughter safe with me. Was a process, And this man got it done !! On time, fast-communication. I truly recommend mark! Most importantly! A man that also prayed before the court hearing! Things we don't see these days. A blessed attorney!! God is good .

I often felt unprioritized and in the dark by this firm. I would have preferred more condensed proactive communication than what often seemed like long rationalizing responses. Example Day 1: Initial consultation I was under the impression my case would be filed (and thus start the timer) in about 1.5 weeks.Day 12:  I followed up on the status Day 14: He confirmed he didn't need anything else, expect ~ 7-8 daysDay 27: Left a phone message (no response)Day 31A: I followed up again e-mailDay 31B: He responded and I learned my case was filed on Day 28.*appox calendar days and summarizedI believe I had a simple case, (the respondent accepted responsibility and did not have a lawyer, no court appearances). Yes there was a staff change and vacation time and he apologized after, but I was not notified of such changes to the timeline ahead of time. In the end the case was completed successfully, but I felt it was a stressful experience.
