        I recently placed an online order to pick up at the store because what I had been looking for was supposedly in stock. The next day they called to say they not only didn't have what I ordered, but I needed to come to the store for my refund! Seriously? They can't cancel and refund me? It may be more convenient for me to just dispute the charge and never order online again.

        Jolene was extremely helpful advising me on the plants. Cindy helped explain their return policy - which is very friendly. And Rex helped me load some heavy pots. Great team! Will definitely be back for all of my gardening needs!
