On our recent hunting land purchase, working as our buyers agent, Alicia provided informed guidance, careful curation of potential properties, convenient showings, clear interest in understanding our goals for the property, and aligning her counsel with those goals. Even though the properties that we were most interested in considering were an hour or more from her office, she was extremely accommodating to us in scheduling showings. She even hiked the property lines with us, spending the time we needed to gather information as we evaluated our options. Alicia was clearly focused on our needs, and did her very best to ensure that our goals were met from initial property view through closing.
