I purchased a Can-Am Defender and an 18 trailer 4 months ago and it was all stolen from a storage lot near my home. After dealing with the insurance company, I was in the market to replace my two items. Courtney, Johnathan and Ignacio were gracious enough to help me through this process. A big thank you to these three for all the extra help. I was able to purchase another Can-Am Defender and 18 trailer. Me and the family have been extremely satisfied with the level of customer service your employees demonstrate. I will definitely be back.

I'm only giving this store one star. I purchased a CanAm ATV with a faulty front light. When I approached them, they acknowledged the issue was with CanAm and assured me there would be no charge for repairs. However, later they asked for an upfront payment, promising a refund once CanAm reimbursed them. CanAm confirmed they'd cover the costs, yet the dealership now claims they can't refund me due to CanAm rejecting their application. This inconsistency in communication and handling has left me frustrated with the store's customer service. Right now I have to pay that amount. Because they have passed the responsibility to either CanAm or me.

I purchased the prepaid maintenance plan from Jackrabbit. It was my first time to do that and my first service just happened. They pickup your buggy, service and wash it as part of the program. I dealt with Ignacio and Jorge while scheduling and they made the process go extremely smooth. I found out that Froy, Keven and Jeff were responsible for the prep, service and detailing of my Canam. I say that because everything was done as I requested and when they delivered my buggy back to me , I thought they had brought me a brand new unit. I use my sxs everyday and it gets very dirty but when I got it back it looked brand new. VERY IMPRESSED AND PLEASED! If you need a new UTV, check this place out for sure, they do exactly what they say they are going to do. Oh BTW, ask for Chris in the sales department too, you wont have a better salesman I promise.
