    4 days in a row not one single answer of the telephone. Yall gotta get tired of hearing that phone ringing. Or do you just cut off the ringer? Back to back to back to back to well you got the picture. Well we tried renting from you. Wont try again.

    Ive used Aarons multiple times and have always been pleased hence the reasoning for 2 stars. Today, however, has been a very unpleasant experience. My husband calls to get an update on delivery and to ask a question regarding our old furniture. The lady that my husband spoke to said that our furniture would be delivered today (we were supposed to get a 24 hour call before delivery to arrange a time). Shocked because I havent heard anything, I rushed to remove my furniture out of the living room (by myself due to my husband being at work) and to prepare my house. She said they would be here by 5. About 5:20 or so, we call to get another update. Now we are told that we wont get the furniture until Tuesday. ALL of my furniture is outside and the house is rearranged to help them transport the furniture easily. Now, I will have to bring in the heavy couches AGAIN and put my house back in order until Tuesday. I dont mind a Tuesday delivery. But I do mind not being contacted and told that they will not be coming today. It would have saved me a lot of hassle and heavy lifting. Hopefully, my experience is better Tuesday. OH! And the lady called back this evening. Instead of apologizing for the lack of communication or giving us FALSE information, shes asking for us to set up autopay .
