        Honestly I never even didnt even get a chance to place An order but I couldnt locate my loved one on the site so I called, thinking there was an error , and got a hold of a human and not an automated machine and the gentleman actually located her for me and called me back with her new location and phone number and that was very nice. Good customer service isnt easy to find these days
