I have hired William on several occasions, most notably when I needed help with child support modification. He is professional, personable, and relentless. I wouldn’t even consider turning to a different lawyer and have recommended him to many. Personally, I refer to him as the “pit bull”, he won’t let go.

I scheduled a consultation costing hundreds of dollars that should’ve been an hour. I sat there for about 30 minutes before he came in to the conference room. He said he didn’t want to look at my documents or even hear details about my case because I hadn’t retained him... that’s what consultations are for?... He told me he didn’t ask about his client’s income or job because he charged fair rates to everyone, but his office required me to fill out forms about my job and income before I could even speak to him. He ranted about his experience, the book he wrote, and his success rate, all as a means of justifying how expensive he is. When I asked how expensive, he quoted me several thousand dollars minimum and said that didn’t include any of the court fees or filing fees. It was basically just for him to look at my case. So I paid hundreds for him ranting about how expensive he is for 30 minutes. A few days later, his office sent me a quote for $500 more than the previous quote. Where did the extra $500 come from? And why didn’t they credit me for the hundreds I spent on the consultation like they said they would? I didn’t ask. I just hired a different attorney who did exactly what I wanted for $1000 flat.

This is exactly the firm we all want. I have never seen a firm operate with this high level of professionalism yet with the feel of a family living room. I don't know how they do it. I know when this firm is taking care of my customers, they are in the best hands possible. It's impossible to go wrong with these folks...I mean with this firm. :) I appreciate who you are and what you do.
