I've been living at the Claridge since late July, and I could not be more impressed with the property manager, Lee Ann! She is beyond helpful, and she has been doing so much to better the complex/community both aesthetically and socially. She is extremely responsive to any requests or issues you might have, and you can tell she really cares. These apartments are spacious and in a great location--5 minutes or less from SHSU, I-45, and the main "strip" of stores/restaurants. The Claridge is also right across the street from a church and very close to a school, so it's a quiet and safe area to be in. The covered parking has also been a godsend that I didn't know I needed. Summary: you get a great bang for your buck and a great property manager in a world where those are hard to come by!
