        My family and I have lived at UPA for 5 years. The staff and manager have always been nice and helpful. A storm came through last year and messed up the wooden fences and within a month new fencing was put up all across the complex.

        Moved in two months ago was a little nervous due to review but since moving in office has been great help with everything from setting up internet to getting my work orders complete. Very friendly staff all around

        This place is such an amazing atmosphere, and great interior on the apartments. For someone just starting out, like myself in a big college town this is the place to start. Definitely would recommend university apartments to anyone asking around!!!
