Overall let down, the grass was tall and uncut so you could not see the walk up steps to the house. Which meant we could not take pictures walking up like we had hoped too. The house itself is much darker in person versus in pictures. We only booked for an hour on Saturday for our shoot. When we unlocked the house there was a big outdated love seat right in the center along with a lot of other unwanted decorations. Which we werent expecting and had to move. Not to mention it was extremely hot! Only one fan in the house which hardly did anything. Had to keep taking breaks because we were dripping sweat just standing there. Another Big bummer no live plants.

ABSOLUTELY stunning photo studio! I've got to find something similar in my neck of the woods, but I'm always in Houston soooo I'll make it work. First, it's about the light. The light is so yummy here! We were blessed with a cloudy day (i.e. naturally filtered light), and the greenhouse enhanced it. There are plenty of props on hand, which can be moved around for your photo session. I didn't have to bring anything except my camera and good vibes. There's even a two-step step stool on site. A few other things to note: there is a full length mirror available; you don't park on the grass near the studio, and there are plenty of cameras for your safety. The studio was in constant communication with me and my guest, so they left no room for errors. I also suggest bringing a small wagon to quickly trek your equipment to and from. Overall, you want to rent this studio for portraits and content creation.
