        I wonder why this company has 1.7 rating.. They do not cover the insured drivers.... I was hit and they are saying they are not going to cover it because the daughter was the one that hit me... that is nonsense. Please do not use these scam artist.

        The worst Insurance company I have ever had!!! The staff of the! W Belfort Blvd, Houston, what a horrible character of women, I only called to make a payment which is a call of less than 1 minute and they have made me wait 1 hour to tell me that they are going to return my call which they never do, very disappointed !!
