Horrible nasty place Noteworthy details: I asked for another room and received one, but the first one was nasty. I should have left but it was late. If you stay here, ask to see your room first. Move the furniture cushions

when we arrived the carpet was dirty with stuff on the floor. (half vacuumed). No linen for the pull out couch, the air condition was not working it was 78 degrees in our room. we told the night person who was really snotty and stated she was completely booked and had to call the manager for our refund. we had to leave because it was too hot in the room. I called back the next morning and spoke to the manager who assured me we would be refunded for that night as well as the next night and we were not refunded. Not a man of his word. we will never stay there again EVER. I will tell everyone i know how bad it was.

I walked into the lobby and no one was at the desk. I saw a sign that the pool was closed and I should have left then, but once the agent finally made it to the counter she stated that the hotel next door was allowing use of their pool. I was assigned room 317 and grabbed my crew to go to the room. the paint on the doors were peeling in multiple places. I opened the door and was overwhelmed by a cigarette moldy smell. My 7 y/o said he did not like the room and kept walking around disgusted by everything he saw. I agreed. We decided to leave.
