Comfort Inn & Suites IAH Bush Airport - East

I have been waiting 1 1/2 hrs so far for third party Shuttle pick-up from airport l. Waiting longer than my flight took to IAH. Its non refundable ticket so nothing I can do but wait. They wont pay for a taxi.

The room is ghetto with poor patch jobs, stains, and its just old. The breakfast was very deceiving and didnt get enough food after most things didnt work. The only positive note is the bed was comfy. Rooms: Blood stains, sticky spots on the floor, a terrible patch job in the bathroom, and many other ghetto fabulous things about the hotel. The only positive note is the bed way comfy. Food & drinks: The picture of the breakfast area looks like itd be comparable to other hotels but I was deceived. Breakfast is from 6 - 9am and I showed up at 8:15. The toaster didnt work, the waffle maker didnt work, the juice machine only offered water, and there wasnt enough food and it was obvious they werent making more. Noteworthy details: We never saw any bugs

The House keeper didnt speak English like at all, the breakfast was just OK compared to the other location of Comfort Inn and the breakfast kitchen lady wasnt keeping the food full it was empty when new comers were coming in to eat. Also one morning when I walked in for breakfast she was sleeping in the chairs SMH . There is NEVER anyone at the front desk. The washer was broke full of dirty water, the dryer was $2.00 On a positive didnt see any roaches here. And the bed was comfortable. Cable sucked barely any channels. Over all I dont think Id book this comfort location again. The other Comfort location was MUCH better I just cant remember the street it was on-when I do Ill update it here.

Just need a quick stay after a long delayed flight! The overnight clerk, shouldnt have a job in customer service. He was very rude, and un pleasant. Get to the room there are food stain all in carpet, fresh ones.Pizza crust on floor, with other trash. Absolutely disgusting!
