Best Rehab Ever. My husband was admitted here last year. He had major heart surgery and catastrophic stroke. PAM Rehab humble has helped us through our difficult times. He improved from being dependent to now back to walking and independent with all activities. I would like to recognize the therapy department. Mary, Michael, Angie, Keana and Sonia. They have done an amazing job in my husband's recovery. PAM humble truly cares.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. In short, if you love your family member, dont put them here. Nurses cant handle patients and have no clue whats going on.

The physical therapist was wonderful I would give her 10 Stars. But with the medical side of it was horrible the younger doctor was very polite but I had told him to please take off the catheter for my dad he said no they were going to wait. He went home with a horrible UTI that sent him back to the hospital. The heavyset doctor was extremely rude horrible person I'd asked him to please check my dad's chest he sounded a little congested and he just looked at him and said no he's fine. Jerk, So frustrating ... I wish doctors would treat their patients like they want someone else to treat their mom or dad then they would pay more attention and be more compassionate.

We absolutely LOVE PAM and our PAMily! We traveled almost 10 hours just to be under the treatment of Dr. DiTomasso. My husband was in a horrible motorcycle accident and suffered a severe Tramatic Brain Injury. After 2 months of searching for treatment Dr. D himself reached out to me and believed in my husband's recovery when no one else did and he has been our guardian angel and ultimate advocate ever since! I can not express adequately my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Dr. D. I firmly believe that it is his dedication and advocacy for my husband that has afforded my husband the opportunity at life as a TBI SURVIVOR!! We were also blessed with the most amazing NP Kristine. Her compassion and willingness to dig deep into her wealth of knowledge to treat my husband was unmatched. I felt she truly cared and was willing to listen and take my concerns seriously. Her dedication and caring nature definitely provided my husband with unparalleled care. The therapists and staff are amazing! My husband has been fortunate enough to able to stay at PAM 3 times over the course of several months and each time has made significant progress due to the wonderful therapists. They are extremely knowledgeable and take time to know the needs of their patients. I love the fact that we have a team that is able to grow with us and that my husband saw the same therapists everytime that keep consistency and continuity in his treatment goals. We were blessed with Justino as our PT and he is amazing! His caring and gentle spirit was such a comfort. Not to mention his wealth of knowledge is outstanding! Meagan was our OT and again her compassion and amazing insight was invaluable to us on this hard long journey. Angie our ST keep pushing and working and my husband was able to finally eat and drink somethings which is life changing. The entire staff become genuine family and cared for not only my husband but for me which was truly a blessing! As with any facility, advocating for your loved one is key, but once at PAM I was finally comfortable to leave my husband to travel home for a few days and know that he was in great hands. Bottom line is, no facility is perfect or will care for your loved one like you will, but PAM definitely comes closest to any that I have experienced! Leaving PAM was the hardest part, because they have become our family and been such an amazing lifeline. As a caregiver you could make no better decision for treatment and care of your loved one than PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble. You truly do become part of the PAMily!!
