Things Remembered

All Things Remembered stores have permanently closed and they have gone out of business. I was the Asst. Mgr for the Deerbrook location for the last 2 years. Sad to see the store closed.

Most horrible service ever. Day 1, I asked the lady to see some wine glasses and she said I need to check in the back then she went and got distracted with someone else and just left me standing there for like 10 mins. I then went and stood right in front of her waiting and she didnt even acknowledge me at all, I was standing right in front of her for like 15 minutes! Even another customer told her you can keep helping her, I can wait and then she acknowledged I was there. Day 2 when I went to pick up my engraved set, they messed up and engraved the same thing on both glasses when I had specifically written on the form exactly what I wanted them to say. So one lady comes and just grabs one of the glasses and goes to fix it but didnt even bother to ask what color letters I asked for or checked the other glass, she just took it so rudely and when she brought it back to me it wasnt even the same color as the other one. I told her its not even the same color and she didnt even say sorry or oh I shouldve asked, she was just being so dry and arrogant she just said I can give you a refund. The glasses were a gift that I needed that day and my experience there was extremely bad, they need to hire better people that actually treat the customers right and do the work right.

Things Remembered has always been my go-to-specialty-store in search of special gifts for a reasonable price. My recent visit was an amazing experience. The store representative, Sharon, was so helpful & quick to assist; even with several customers, Sharon was able to multi-task & provide exceptional service. I tip my hat to you Sharon! I hope Things Remembered honor employees like You! Thank you!
