I dont usually go to this location but since I was pacing by I stopped to pick up a breakfast sandwich once I got to the window to pay they gave me the wrong sandwich and i politely told the cashier this isnt what I wanted the manager screamed and yelled at me that its gonna be more I politely told her you already charged me you guys where not paying attention why cant you just make the sandwich she slammed the window and threw the sandwich at me i politely asked for my money back because who won take a sandwich from a evil person like that and this was the manager I will never come to this location again disgusting service

Order a whopper impossible and they said it will be a while because they grill was down. I had no issue waiting. Turns out it would be a 45 plus minute wait. I then asked for a refund which took forever. I don't have an issue waiting I have an issue with people telling me it will be 10 minutes and 30 minutes pass and still nothing. When i went and asked they said it be another 30 min. Don't tell me 10 minutes if you don't even know when you have the grill back on. I know life happens. Things break but please communicate with the customers.
