        Madrid at the Atascocita location is the rudest, most condescending manager that I have ever encountered. He had an opportunity to turn a disappointed customer into a satisfied customer. I went for assistance with my new account consisting of 6 lines and his attitude was so poor that I cancelled my service before it even started. Madrid obviously doesnt have the demeanor, attitude or interpersonal skills for customer interaction. Verizon would do well to provide him an opportunity to work in a non customer oriented field of employment.

        I went in with an older damaged phone. Mentioned my protection plan and that if it wasn't able to be fixed I had a phone in mind. They helped me file the claim with my protection plan and did not try to sell me a new phone or accessories. How refreshing to work with honest genuine employees who want the best for their customers! Will definitely be back for my upgrade when I'm ready for a new phone!
