Comerica Bank

I came in to get my documents notarized and the lady refused to because of some document she claim she needed. There is no extra documentation. She claim it was something that stated that I needed it notarized and when I showed her that the state of Tennessee said that she still refused. Do not go here to get things notarized by the short Indian woman.

This is the only location that has a minimum on members using the drive thru to withdraw your own funds (for 3 to 4 months straight I was able to withdraw over what they are saying the minimum is but now today it's been thier policy). I'm always late dealing with this location, I'm a member and still treated as if I need to be verified and need to come inside the building. I will be either using my original location off of Lockwood or I'm really think about changing bank, it's hard because I really love the service I get only by my house.

Unfortunately, I have grown disappointed with Comerica over the years. I began banking with Comerica in Detroit nearly 15 years ago. The service has declined precipitously ever since, ie..Multiple coveinant locations have been closed and ATMs are frequently not working. Further, on multiple occasions, I have attempted to address rather routine financial and banking matters and the personnel there appear uninformed, not service oriented and as of late quite rude and condescending. The policies seem arbitrary, capricious and haphazard and appear to perhaps depend on who is doing the banking. The last straw was my last experience at this particular Humble location near Krispy Kreme and I was advised that there was no Branch Manager on duty to assist me with a very common annuity payment issue that should have been relatively routine. I intend to document appropriately and to the right agencies the extent of my documented dissatisfaction with Comerica overall and the sorely lacking quality of service received at this particular location ASAP. In short, don't bank with Comerica at all if you are looking for convience, quality professional service and timeliness.
