        Horrible employees Horrible service Machines never work Chase come here and please fire the manager and fix this chase I cant even use it and its like this every time Wasted my time today and a lot of other days Dont worry Ill go down the street and pull it out at Bank of America

        This was the worst banking experience I ever received. The drive thru machines were both closed. So, I went inside to the atm in the lobby, but only could do cash in $100 increments. I went to the atm machine inside the back and I get a receipt, saying they couldnt withdraw cash. The workers there said there was nothing they can do. I never received such poor customer service from a bank!
