Have always had great experiences at this store, and Yesterday James took care of me. It was a quick interaction and I was able to get everything I needed with a few laughs as well. After I got my stuff I needed to use the facilities. Walking back I saw a heavy set guy in the office taking a nap I guess. Maybe next time he should close the door. Its beyond unprofessional especially when there are customers waiting to be helped. Other than that this store is my go to.

There lazy,unhelpful,unprofessional. Also having a conversation to a customer instead of getting the item I needed. I will NEVER shop here again.

Second time bad service. Kenneth refused to help me put a darn steering wheel cover on. Told him my arthritis was bad and he started with well im 63 and have bad fingers. This would have taken all of 3 minutes and I offered to tip. Said they were busy with a battery replacement and he could not leave the store. This store has horrible customer service. Should not have gone back after the first time. Do not shop here if you need help.

Austin that works there is very knowledgeable and he takes care of me and my older red Dodge Ram... I've been going to this location since they opened and it is a great store.. I highly recommend this location and if you can get lucky and get Austin to help you then you will be well taken care of
