This is my daughters response to Ms. Alexis response (if that makes any sense). Thank you for your response to my review. First, and foremost, I feel you should know that my review was by no means a personal attack; it was simply a truthful account of my and my moms experience with ILOH. You are correct that my mom came to you for her turkey neck; I was simply there to support her. We were both very impressed by the large photos you have on the wall in your waiting room showing before and after photographs for a turkey neck (yes, in YOUR office waiting room), not some other companys. It is an error on your part to say that your staff was extremely professional with my mom and me. That is just not true (again, unfortunately). You and Caley were very professional and kind at our consultation, but, after that, we encountered quite the opposite. You dont know how we were treated after the initial consultation because you werent there for my moms subsequent appointments for the procedure. My moms initial consultation was done in YOUR office in the ILOH facility. What on Earth are you talking about when you said that you told us you dont specialize or offer the type of procedure my mom wanted? Again, what on Earth are you talking about when you said you referred us to a different company that does the type of procedure my mom was interested in? In my moms consultation, there were four people present: you, Caley, my mom, and me. At that consultation, you and Caley explained the turkey neck procedure to my mom and me. You NEVER told us about another company and staff that would be performing my moms procedure! How can you tell such a blatant lie? We WERE consulted by you personally (and Caley). We were then told that Caley would be the person who would be performing the procedure on my mom. Lets just say that we never saw her again after the initial consultation. What is this other company you are talking about??? You called my review offensive, fictitious, absurd, unwarranted, and disappointing. You called my words blatant allegations. Ms. Alexis, you are incorrect. My review may have offended you, but, like I said earlier, that was not my intention. Im sorry you found my review disappointing. I found your company and its promises disappointing. I gave an honest account of my and my moms experience with ILOH. Nothing I said was fictitious, absurd, or unwarranted. It was just the truth. My conscience is quite clear. Finally, I was told in your response to my review that Laura Alexis is the true legal name of the CEO of ILOH, and she does have real true credentials, knowledge, and experience of the procedures ILOH offers. Well, I did a lot of research, and I found that the correct name of the CEO is Laura Alexis Balbisi. I looked at Ms. Balbisis LinkedIn profile, and she lists no credentials whatsoever. There is nothing listed under education, and the only experience that Ms. Balbisi lists is CEO of ILOH. I wish my review could have been positive, but there was really nothing positive about what my mom and I experienced at ILOH. Actually, I will say the initial consultation was positive, probably because you wanted my moms business, but, after that, it was a very unfortunate experience, especially because my mom saw absolutely no results. You may want to take down those before and after photos of the turkey neck on your waiting room wall. I wish you nothing but the best, honestly.

    Beware. This company will take your money and ignore you. I bought a package in San Antonio in July 2022. I went as much as I could that summer then also in that fall. Theu want you to wait at least a day between treatments. Then I started teaching full time in January and couldn't get there as often. The San Antonio office called me and asked if I still wanted to use the rest of my treatments. I told them yes, definitely and explained was teaching full time now instead of subbing. Not once did anyone tell me I had a time limit. They said it was fine and would make a note that I still wanted my treatments. Over Spring Break and that summer I tried and tried to get in to get my treatments but could not get a hold of them or get called back. I called the Houston office and was told they would look into it and call me back. I never got a call back and just kept getting the run around. 2 weeks ago I called and was FINALLY told that all locations except Houston had closed. So I asked how am I supposed to get my treatments? It makes zero sense for me to drive all the way to Houston and back from San Antonio. So I asked for a partial refund. Just a refund for the treatments I am no longer able to get. Again, I was told they would look into it and call me back. Yet, again, I never got a call back. So I called today and they are trying to say I only had 8 weeks to use them, which isn't true as the San Antonio office did not say that , and that I have to go to Houston for treatments, no refund. This is ridiculous and make no sense. They just don't want to be responsible for NOT notifying me of the San Antonio closure or letting me know I had a time limit now due to the closure. They ignored me, gave me the run around, and even ignored the BBB when I decided to go through them. I have the email from the BBB saying they were ignoring them. Supposedly after I called 2 weeks ago they finally replied but I haven't been notified of that reply, probably because the BBB closed it due to being ignored like me. So buyers, beware. They will say whatever they can to blame the customer and get out of any responsibility. Please know that they offer free treatments for positive reviews (was told this many times) and that they do put you on a strict diet which is why you lose weight as well. I never left a review until now because I don't want to put a false review for others to read for a bribe. If I saw it really worked then I would have left a review. But I never got that chance. So just beware and don't say I didn't warn you. Wow. Like I said, going to blame customer and take no responsibility. I did not make or cancel that many appointments. That may have been your recommendation but I never made those appointments nor did I cancel that many. I tried to get there as much as I could. In addition, the last time I talked to the San Antonio office I had 13 sessions. Then when I called the Houston number the first time trying to figure out why San Antonio not calling me back, they said I had12 sessions. Now you say there is only 9 sessions. What lies you will spin to try to make like you have done nothing wrong. And I wish they would have reached out to me but they didn't. I would have loved to know they were shutting down and I needed to get my sessions. And the only email I got was how I was doing good and to keep it up. But I guess there is a reason all the other locations shut down. Good luck with your business. I just wanted to share my experience so others wouldn't be caught off guard like I am.

    I do not recommend the laser treatments unless you commit to the largest package and pay thousands of dollars! I was told that my skin would tighten with the amount of treatments I chose, I did not see the difference! You will drop body fat due to the strict diet you must follow. They provide you with a list of foods allowed. You are recommended to purchase a 7 day liver detox in order for the treatments to work. The taste was horrible in my opinion. Dont expect a refund if you change your mind. Save your money and lose weight the old fashion way by working out, eating clean, drinking water, getting a good night sleep, cutting back on sugars, carbs, etc. My goals! If youve been struggling with loosing weight, check your hormone levels. Save your money, gas, and time!!

    Don't waste your money; this place is a total scam. My mom booked four sessions (the recommended amount) to have Ultrasonic Cavitation and Radio Frequency Therapy to significantly reduce or eliminate her turkey neck. She achieved no results whatsoever. She never knew who would be doing her therapy as there are "astheticisans" who contract with the company, and are not full time employees. The "astheticisans" were about 45 minutes late to each session. My mom was never told they were running late, and was never given an apology. The whole place is so unprofessional in so many ways. Laura Alexis, if that's even her real name, has no credentials at all. She is just the owner and the face for the TV commercials. My mom learned a lesson the hard way. Don't let yourself do the same.

Hi Thomas, I can assure you we are not a scam. We specialize in weight loss to help individuals with their weight loss journey's. We are very passionate and proud of the service we offer. We have 1000's of true success stories from real clients. You originally purchased an 8 week treatment plan January 2023. We set you up on a schedule based on your availability you gave. Unfortunately you did not adhere to the schedule and missed several appointments. You remained inconsistent throughout to get treatments completed timely. You did complete 21 of the 30 treatments. After several weeks and months of contact to get you in and back on track went ignored we determined you were not committed to the journey.

Hi Amanda, based on your weight loss goals you purchased an 8 week package which is 30 treatments on July 2022. Treatments are recommended 3 times a week. You started treatments on August 10th 2022 and was consistent up until August 25th 2022. You then missed/cancelled treatments August 27th, 29th, 30th 2022. September 1st, 3rd, 6th, 8th &10th 2022. You resumed treatments September 13th 2022 and was on tract up until Sept 15th 2022. Then missed/cancelled Sept 17th, 21st, 23rd, & 29th. Again missed/cancelled treatments Oct 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, 12th, 25th, 27th, 29 2022. And again missed/cancelled Nov. 2nd, 8th, 10th, 12th, 15th, & 19th 2022. You did not return for any treatments after Nov. 17th 2022. You completed a total of 17 treatments. Our team sent an email to you on Nov. 1st 2022 to see when you would return to complete treatments and to let you know you get better results being more consistent. Our team reached out again March 3rd 2023 to see if you were interested in completing your 9 remaining treatments and you stated you would call to schedule when you're able to make time. Our team finally received a call from you on January 2024. Our team explained to you that unfortunately due to hard decisions made by management the San Antonio location was no longer open for business as of Sept 2023. Our team went above and beyond to get you to complete your treatments and reach your goals. All the notes are entered, time stamped and dated in real time in your digital file for your review including your most recent call today which is why you're here today to post this. Again there was ample time available to you to complete treatments. At this point after several attempts by our team, it is our opinion that you lacked the commitment required to complete treatments.

Hi Claudia, I'm sorry that you're not happy with your results. For the 6 treatments you invested in yourself you lost 9 pounds of pure body fat & 4 inches. What we specialize in is pure body fat loss that cannot be accounted for "in the old fashion way" as your weight loss can be water, muscle mass, and only a small percentage of body fat. Losing 50 pounds in 2 weeks is unrealistic in any weight loss or cosmetic surgery(which will cost 10s of thousands as you stated) journey. Not just unrealistic, it's dangerous & as a medical facility we would be remiss to encourage even attempting such. The laser does stimulate collagen which tightened the skin from the 9 pounds of fat loss you had within the 6 treatments you selected with us. You were advised of this prior to purchase. Overall you did great with 6 the treatments you completed. The detox that was explained to you was to clean your liver not so the treatments could "work". The great thing about ILOH is that our specialists are concerned with more than just weight loss and we are proud to have educated you on how to lead a healthy lifestyle after completing your journey with us giving you this amazing jump start!

Hi I can assure you we at ILOH are not a scam. We have been in business entirely too long and to be honest with you we don't have the energy to scam people. We specialize in weight loss and have 1000's of true success stories from true real clients and we see success daily. You and your mom came in to ILOH facility for a turkey neck procedure. Our staff was extremely professional with you and your mom throughout your visit. There was no reason not to be. You were told that we do not specialize or offer the type of procedure that your mom requested. Nor do we have commercials for it. We referred you to a company that does. Our staff had absolutely nothing to do with any treatments or seeing you from that point. You scheduled a consultation with the company to learn about the procedure. You were in the hands of the other company and their staff. You were NOT consulted or treated by ILOH. So in hindsight the complaint should be with and directed to them instead of ILOH. Also you knowing and being completely aware of how all this transpired and came about in real time questions how you could in good conscience come to this platform with these blatant allegations against ILOH is offensive, fictitious, absurd, unwarranted and not to mention very disappointing. A professional call or some other form of communication to our facility with your feedback and concerns would have been better appreciated to give us pause in referring this company to anyone else. I'm sorry you and your mom are disappointed in the service they provided and we will request they reach out to you for a resolution. I also advise you to do the same. Also Laura Alexis is the true real legal name of the CEO of ILOH and does have real true credentials, knowledge, and experience on the procedures ILOH offers. She is not just the face of the commercials.
