Zenith Disaster Clean Up

Two days ago, we came home and noticed water damage in our ceilings in multiple rooms , caused by the water heater in the attic. My husband called Zenith disaster clean up and these guys took care of us. They were easy to communicate with and worked with our Insured company. Great services

Our plumber recommended Zenith disaster clean up when one of the pipes in the attic ruptured and caused damage to multiple rooms in our house. He said he has worked with them several times. I gave them a call and these guys showed up in 30 min, unbelievable. They took out the damaged material restored our home and helped me in the claim process. Amazing service, easy communication.

PRICE GOUGERS - BEWARE: I gave this company 2 stars only because the Tyler contacted me quickly and was available to do the inspection right away. After the initial inspection I was verbally quoted almost $15k for a small leak in a garage, the work would consist of cutting a couple small access points in the drywall to remove the insulation, spray an antimicrobial, place dryers to dry out the area, and then replace insulation and patch and paint the drywall to repair. After recieving this quote I spoke to the manager to understand why the quote was so high and he stated that if I was paying out of pocket they could do the work for around $10k but it would not be done as well. I contacted another reputable national company who also responded right away and recieved a written quote less than 1/3 the price and they started the same day. I have been renovating and investing in real estate for over 6 years and I know how much remediation should cost. This same house was completely flooded with 3 inches of standing water in the 2021 freeze and the whole house remediation and renovation cost wasnt much more than what Zenith quoted me for a 4'x6' space in the garage. Zenith Disaster Clean Up is price gouging people during a natural disaster. There are too many other reputable and honest contractors out there to use companies like this. Shame on you for taking advantage of people in a time of need.
