Working with PuroClean of Northeast Houston turned a stressful situation into a simple solution. The work was good but more importantly what really set them apart is the clear communication, friendly attitude, and overall understanding of what the customer is going through. Yeah, they're interested in finding work and getting paid but they genuinely care about the customer being happy at the end of the job as well. Great team of people. If I need work in the future will definitely reach back out.

I worked with PuroClean of Northeast Houston and they were great. They came out shortly after we called and looked over everything. They went through the entire process and what to expect. They answered all the questions we had and also explained why they needed to do what they needed to do. The entire team was great and we are extremely happy with the work and the team.

I am usually iffy about letting workers into my dads house because he lives alone and it takes a lot for him to get up and down but Mr. Sam and his crew of young men were very respectful of him and his limited physical abilities. They were very informative and considerate, my father has heart problems and they took the time to completely seal up the room so that it was safe for him while they got the job done and while the equipment was airing everything out. They left his place in better condition than it was before and it is such a relief that there were no issues. He has had issues with other companies in the past doing a sloppy job. Thank you to the whole crew that worked for him.
