RUN FAST and Demand that your insurance company hire another company IMMEDIATELY! These people will destroy Everything that you consider important, dear to your heart and irreplaceable - without hesitation, explanation, accountability or apology. They will lie and railroad you into making crucial decisions about your belongings and memories - UNDER THREAT of leaving You, the insured, with the Liability AND the FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY of handling the details and costs for the DISPOSAL of HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, in our case a home full of ASBESTOS contaminated belongings. We thought the nightmare was getting under control but when Roadrunner Restoration hit the scene an Brand New Hell began, and it began with Brandi. We have lost our most precious and sentimental possessions - precious artwork and sentimental items saved for 25 years to be given to my son, videos and photos of his life, treasures handed down for FIVE GENERATIONS which will now never see their sixth, sentimental and valuable artwork, jewelry - both familial and that collected from my travels across the world over the past 50+ years - GONE. The pain, absolute Agony to be honest, that this company, with Brandi leading the charge, has caused is and continues to be excruciating and immeasurable.

Roadrunner was great from start to finish. I was assigned Hector as the main contact he work around the clock with us keeping us informed of all the work being done. If we had any questions we had an answer by the end of the day. The work they did was high quality and in a reasonable time frame. We would recommend them to everyone we know!

Roadrunner Restoration did a fantastic job on our home! We had water damage that required a pack-out and flooring to be removed and replaced in the entire home. Everyone that entered and worked on our house were professional and respectful of our property. The workmanship of their crews was impeccable and no one left our home each day without cleaning and ensuring our home was left the same way they found it each morning. Hector, Joel and Adriany were amazing and their crews were great. If we ever require work done in our home again, Roadrunner Restoration will be the first call we make. +++
