I was fortunate to be introduced to this company by the warranty department of another company. Sol Restoration was sent out to assess the damage that resulted from a faulty installation. Corey and his team were very professional in their respect for my time while they did their assessment . I was satisfied with the proposal for repairs, which was fair and thorough.

We recently had a leak that warped our floors which led to us meeting Corey at Sol. Working with Sol, and specifically Corey, made the whole dry out and replacement process more manageable. He helped uncover the full extent of the leak and damage, then took the time to discuss potential options and outcomes. He worked with our insurance company, the subs, and us, to keep everything on track. He even made actionable suggestions about ways to mitigate further risk when replacing our floor. At his suggestion we talked to our flooring company about an upgraded underlayment to get a better overall moisture barrier - it was a great suggestion we took.
Corey proved himself to be an outstanding general contractor. He explained what he was doing and why. We discussed the codes and standards around each part of the work and he shared any issues he found along the way with us. We dont want to have to do this again, but if we do we will call Sol without hesitation. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Corey with sol restoration, helped me tirelessly with the my insurance claim and tarping my house to keep from further damage occurring, he kept me informed on on the complete process, I recommend Corey and Sol restoration for any of your roofing or construction needs, and at the end my insurance failed to pay for my complete roof replacement, so I was unable to utilize Corey and Sol Restoration after all the Work he did for me, without any payment, he still remained professional, and wished me the best. Awesome Company and Owner.
