JOHNNIE SMOKER - SMOKE SHOP, KRATOM & HOOKAH

Went in looking for salt nic vape juice. The employee pointed to the area and wouldnt let us see the bottle up close. She rang it up and we paid for it. we walked to the car, realized it was not salt nic and went in to exchange. She said the shop policy is all sales are final. So I said well you gave us the wrong product and she refused to exchange the product. Waste of time and money. Have employees that are knowledgeable about the products that you are selling. Also, there was broken glass still on the floor from their front window being broken.

Not a whole lot of options. No Boveda packs, myalrs or even a tiny bit of knowledge or interest in herbal storage products. The lady was cool enough tho, just maybe slightly apathetic. Which you can't really blame it was the end of the day. However I've never heard of a smoke shop that doesn't carry ANY form of humidity control or herbal hydration packs. Boveda is such a popular mainstream smoke shop product and they had never even heard of it lol
