Based on the other reviews, there must be another business that goes by the same name, as the address listed for this "store" in Cypress is actually a house with appliances strewn around in the front yard, easily exposed to the elements, rodents, etc. My wife and I made a long drive out to this place looking to purchase a washer & dryer set and arrived at a house with a closed gate at the driveway/entrance. This was at 4pm, the hours listed online stated they closed at 6pm. We were confused, as this appeared nothing like the pictures and inventory displayed on the store's website. We called the number listed, and inquired if they were open, were we in the right place, etc. The person whom answered the phone stated that he was "on a break", wouldn't be returning for 30-45 mins., and that we were welcome to wait. What business goes "on break" 2 hours before closing? And where were we supposed to wait, on the street? I have no problem supporting small business as they are the lifeblood of the country, but the professionalism and lack of customer service in this case was appalling. No way we would spend hundreds of dollars of our hard earned money at a place that is apparently not ready to do business, or knows how to treat potential customers. What a waste of time. Krazy Cheap? Guess you get what you pay for. The glowing reviews listed must be friends of the owner, or for a different business with a similar name, as they are completely the opposite of what we experienced. Buyer beware!
