I have waited 5 months to see him. He has canceled and rescheduled 4 times. I can no longer wait. They wanted me to wait another 4 months for next available. I am seeking a different urologist.

Thanks to this guy delaying much needed medical assistance my kidney function is not good. He cancels appointments, makes promises and generally doesnt care or is just ignorant. I can also tell he doesnt read the latest literature and studies related to his field. I suspect some other things are going on as well. We will see
Thank God I changed providers and they had all the tests done the day I saw them and surgery shortly after.

1 star is too much, but there is not an option for zero stars. Dr. Rodriguez does not care about his patients. Avoid this doctor if you want quality healthcare.

First, Dr. Rodriguez and I are not related, despite sharing a last name. He performed an in-office procedure for me 3 years ago. I found him to be extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I recommend him any chance I get.

Dr Rodriguez has taken care of me since October 2000 when he was at UTMB Galveston. I consider him almost family as our kids went to grade school together in Galveston.
He has performed a few procedures on me in the last 20 years and I have seen him for numerous follow up visits as well. There is no one I could recommend more for a Urologist. He is always considerate and professional and I have known lots of my therapy patients that see him and they all love him.
