If I could do a zero that is what it would be. They agreed to pick something up, took our deposit, then 6 weeks later we were told they couldnt get it and our deposit was non refundable. What a bunch of thieves. We even found a location half the distance and they told us it was close enough to the same distance it would be the same price and still nothing.

Not at all professional, rude. This Tonya shouldn't be dealing with any human being !!! Her rates suck, very bad service! Ridiculous using his own terms! stay away from this people
