This is nothing against Harbor Freight we frequently shop there for our business. The manager named Cindy is rude and she lied. We tried to return an item bought from another location and she refused. Mind you we spoke to someone at the location we purchased the item from and he said they should honor it. Long story short we were advised to right a review about this Cindy person. We went back to the other location and he told us Cindy called him. He asked why she didn't accept? Cindy claims he was rude. Correction she was rude. The guy said, he wasn't rude when I spoke to him and I heard him talking to you on speaker. He did get rude after she the way she spoke to him. He was wrong but she needs to know how to address customers and their needs. Bottom line, if my husband was so rudeand you were right, why did you feel the need to justify your rudeness.
