        I took my framing gun here for repair after 2 1/2 months they never even looked at it said they were busy. Then he promised he would work on it. Two weeks later I just went and picked it up. He never touched it. Thanks for the reply but you have the wrong person. No one told me when I dropped it off that it would be months before you would work on it, and they never even looked at it. Totally unacceptable that you would take a piece of equipment in and never work on it.

      Good afternoon Stu. I apologize for the issue here but I get very few complaints on this store's tool department. There are two people there that are capable of repairing tools and they are both tenured employees so I knew it wasn't a timeliness issue. I reached out to them this afternoon and the tool that you apparently dropped off was an older Porter Cable framing gun. We have been having a very difficult time getting parts for those older tools. My branch manager there even said that he told you it would probably be awhile but you still dropped it off back in August. We don't manufacture the parts and can't pull them out of thin air so it's out of our control if Porter Cable doesn't provide us the parts when we order them. Of course we didn't touch the tool if we didn't have the parts to repair it. I am sorry you are upset but it was an issue that was out of our hands.
