I was referred to this NTB by a mobile mechanic because I would need an alignment after he replaced my steering rack. I had an excellent experience here from the time I called to make an appointment to when I drove away from the store with a perfectly aligned car. The Manager Brittany is knowledgeable, quick and totally makes you feel like you have come to the right place. The alignment specialist is the best. My car has pulled to the right forever. No more. This NTB is where I will go for tires, batteries, alignments and other car services in the future. So glad this store is in my neighborhood.

I saw they had a promotion including oil change and tires rotation for only $19.99 in H.E.B receipt, so excited and went to this store on 12/17/2021 at 9:30 am, an old guy in the front desk looked unpleasant when I showed him the receipt, maybe the price was too low or I am an Asian. Later he told me the price was $25 including oil change and tires rotation, I said ok. Waited about 15 minutes, and another lady in the front desk told me to pay $20 for tires rotation only , very surprised! The old guy explained they could not have the car oil changed because of my car oil leaking . So ridiculous!!! I have told him before my car had a little bit leaking, it is my car problem why he didnt have car oil changed and charged me the same price for tires rotation only. Finally I paid $19.99 for tires rotation only. I met the mechanic outside of the store, he told me he could have my car oil changed and it was no any problem, because the leaking was very mild , it was that old guy asked him not to have my car oil changed ! I will tell everyone dont go to this store anymore for their awful customer service!
