Food and service was amazing! I ate so much! The place is clean and comfortable , server was friendly and accommodating. We ate Ernies Chicken, Chicken Enchiladas and chicken tacos. The food was amazing! We were a party of 4 and the waitress did an amazing job getting us food at the same time and quickly. The place wasnt too busy. The bathrooms were very hard to find. We left full and Happy. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for a nice evening outing. I love visiting San Antonio!!

Great service our server was awesome (Amy) 5 star service from her. Food was way below Houston Tex mex expectations. The fajitas were a centimeter wide. The jalapeo agave cocktail was way below expectations. It was Very loud . We will not be returning.

Omar, our server deserves 10 stars. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. However, my food (the Deluxe 57) was lukewarm and quite frankly tasted like it came from a can or Panchos Mexican restaurant. The charro beans had a ham hock flavor and nothing Tex-Mex about it. The crunchy taco was dry, no sauce, just ground meat. Great flavor, just cold food on a lukewarm plate. The skinny frozen margarita didnt taste skinny at all. I suggest giving them a try. I may give them a second chance, but these things listed above should be corrected immediately, if they are going to succeed in our neck of the woods. Good luck!

We were craving a mambo taxi because our Mi Cocina experience in Dallas, TX. We are very happy that they are in H-town. WE WELCOME MI COCINA TO HOUSTON. Also, a shout out to our server Alexa! Great service and the Chef! The food was amazing!
