My recruiter Caitlyn was amazing. She approached me with a straight forward offer to connect me with a great company. The job ad was an exact match for my skillset. She also submitted me for the role a little higher than my minimum. She was attentive, supportive, and diligent throughout the process. She even texted to send me good vibes before every interview (there were a few).
Allie the account executive also was a great help and stepped in to support and encourage me when Caitlyn went on vacation. She immediately sent an email to congratulate me when I received my offer. She also offered her professional wisdom when I was nervous about addressing particulars with my offer.
Ultimately the experience was better than I couldve imagined. She reached out three days before I was set to relocate. It couldnt have come at a better time. I had a solid job offer less than two weeks of moving to the state. What a pleasant surprise! I accepted the job and Im excited about my new journey.
