        Can't say enough good things about RTC. My boss hired them as in our in country IT provider as we are a global firm and challenging to communicate to IT in other countries. They are absolutely phenomenal. Communication is 5 star and if they can't fix it they will tell you that they can't and then together with them they will help figure out a plant get outside help. Additionally, their customer service from IT to shipping are seamless. It seems like everyone in the company knows who you are where you are from and how to help you - I never have to retell the "fix it story" to anyone they already know. Customer service is 5 stars. Specifically, Jeff and Ruben are the IT managers that I have interacted with and they have always been an absolutely pleasure to work with. Thank you RTS!
