Didnt receive my expected amount and was charged 95 for basically nothing. I could have done that myself via turbotax. When contacting the district manager Aldo he just said sorry we dont refund you just bc youre not happy. But they sure didnt bother being diligent and filed my taxes in about 5 minutes. 95 dollars for 5 minutes to get something wrong with the IRS. Extremely frustrating bc even the earned income credit should have netted me something. NEVER using HR Block again. Ridiculous District manager response and undiligent service. Go elsewhere.

There was a schedule mistake by the Schedulers that were online, I arrived with my confirmed Schedule however the office had no record of it, even though they could not find it they still served me very quickly and professionally. I appreciate their understanding that the mistake was made by the National Person making the Reservation not myself.
