        They don't tell you you'll get only 50% back and as per other reviews they change their policy anytime. It seems some people got almost 100% refund and others one, like me, got only 50% tax back with no explanation and that's it.

        Thanks to Genesis for being very patient and efficient with our tax back. We had a lot of purchases and didnt have everything that was required. She explained the procedure and waited until we had everything in order. Great customer service.

      We appreciate your feed back. Our rate which has not changed for the past 4 years is comparable or better than all Texas Customs brokers. The State of Texas allows international shoppers to collect their sales tax back; however we are a business and obviously not able to provide 100% refund. There is no government system or any private companies offering free service for sales tax refunds. We love Texas and hope you come back to shop again!
