Our 50 year-old pool needed a full remodel, and needless to say, there were some unexpected issues that came up during the process. Keith and his team went above and beyond to fix all issues and keep us informed throughout the process. He even came up with some ways to save us some money without sacrificing quality. Keith was professional, thorough, detail oriented, extremely responsive, and very knowledgable. Our pool now looks incredible and functions better than we thought possible. We hired Keith last fall upon the recommendation of our son who had used Aesthetic Pool and Patio Renovations to replaster his pool. We have an older pool and wanted to add a spa. The results are stunning and we couldn't be more pleased. But the journey really tells the story of the ethical and competent nature of Aesthetic Pools. Because our pool is so old it held hidden, unforeseen challenges that were always met with patient explanations and creative solution options. Keith took time to exactly match our 40 year old tile and concrete. When the replacement of an electrical line unrelated to the pool work took a path right through the pool construction, Keith was so cooperative with the electricians. We used Aesthetic Pool Renovations for a full renovation (coping, tile, decking, new equipment, etc...) of our pool that included the addition of a spa. We couldn't be happier with the results! Keith is professional, thorough and communicated with us well throughout the process. We always felt like we were his #1 priority even though he had other jobs working at the same time. We recently hired Keith with Aesthetic Pools to takeover the remodeling of our pool. Our previous pool company walked off the job and much of what had been done had to be redone. We know what a bad job is unfortunately but we also recognize when someone does a good job. Keith was very timely, communicated through out the process and most importantly did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Taking on a client who has been through a bad experience with a previous contractor is NOT easy. We were leery of the whole process and were not very trusting at the beginning because of what we had been through. After dealing with Keith, we can say he is trustworthy and honest. He cares about the quality of his work. I highly recommend him and LOVE our remodeled pool! Service: Remodeling
